His role is to provide strong leadership for the company by with the board and other executive to establish the short and long team goals and strategies hence developing the company.
Office manager
His role is to ensure that there is smooth running of an office on a day today basis and may manage a team of administration or support staff responsibilities , i.e. organizing the Agro-technology Uganda events or conferences, supervising and monitoring the work of the Agro-technology team.
